We are surrounded by energy.

There is power in all the elements - like water crashing on the shore.

Not only that at a very small level we as human beings are full of energy.

The link between the two is that we can tap into that same universal energy for healing purposes. We may not understand how it works or why it works - it just does.

It works particularly well when we allow it to work!

For example we may ask for healing but at the same time not expect it to work or even block it because we are afraid of what may happen.

So healing does not depend on my skill so much as your willingness to be part of the process without holding back. You may also discover that while you ask for healing for one area of your life the Universe recognises your needs are greater elsewhere - and healing will take place there instead.

So what do I do ? Primarily I hold my hands off the body and energy passes between us and then it goes where it is needed. I may also touch certain parts of the body (with permission) pressing on what are acupressure points.

I am also able to send healing at a distance which achieves the same effect. One of the abilities I have is often to be able to "see" inside a persons body - so for example I saw a "V" shaped tear in one persons knee. This was verified at the hospital where she had it examined. It does not always happen but it is helpful when I do see in this way.

I also often "hear" things to say to people which seem to help - you may place whatever meaning you like on this but it works and helps other people.
